We'd like to introduce our Vista View Ridge board members and give you some helpful information to keep you updated on events we might have.

Please remember that all garbage and recycling containers are to be stored out of sight (in garage /or behind your fence).

Recreational Vehicles: Boats, trailers, campers, etc. should be stored behind fences or in garages unless they are being loaded or unloaded for use.

Home Painting and Landscaping: If a homeowner wishes to make significant changes to the exterior appearance of their home or front landscaping, they must do so in accordance with the CCRs. Please send an email/letter to the HOA or contact a Board member outlining the proposed changes. A Board member will contact you to let you know if your plan is approved.

Annual HOA dues for 2023 remain at $150.00. If payment is post marked by or before March 31, 2023, an 'early bird' discount of $20 reduces the amount to $130.00. After April 1, 2023 full payment of $150.00 is due by April 30, 2023. If payment is received after April 30, 2023, interest is assessed at $1.50 per month until your account is paid in full. Please make checks payable and mail your dues to the address below.
